2007 Racehorse White
The Racehorse series is an ode to our two biggest passions at Rustridge
Ranch & Winery – artisan wine and Thoroughbred racehorses. This is our
second release of this wine.
The 2007 Racehorse White Napa Valley Chardonnay is a more austere style than the inaugural vintage. It is a blend of cold tank fermented chardonnay and barrel fermented chardonnay that was sur lees for over one year. With aromas and flavors of lemon, spicy pear and sweet almond it has a long creamy vanilla oak finish.
