The 2005 Estate Chardonnay is rich, yet dynamically structured with vibrant acidity and flinty minerals. Aromas and flavors of crisp mineral and tropical fruits abound, followed by a long and complex finish.
Our Estate Chardonnay is 100% barrel fermented sur lees for one year. We use different yeasts in each barrel to bring more diversity and complexity to the wine. Each barrel has been individually selected for our Estate Chardonnay.
