2004 RustRidge Estate Cabernet Sauvignon
The 2004 Estate Cabernet is a cultured wine of elegance and finesse. The classic RustRidge
components of cherry and cassis with a touch of anise and blackberry tea are apparent on
the nose and palate. Hints of mineral and wild herb flirt on the mid palette. The judicious
use of oak and defined acidity combine to produce a cab of intense varietal integrity and
food friendliness. This is a very site-specific, terroir-driven Cabernet Sauvignon.
